Totalsports Is Hiring Sales Associate – 2025 Vacancies

💼 What You’ll Be Doing in This Role:

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, your main job is to give customers the best shopping experience. You’ll help them find what they’re looking for, suggest the best products, and make sure they walk out happy. You’ll also be part of a team that keeps the store looking great and helps reach daily sales targets.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Being a friendly face that represents the Totalsports brand
  • Helping customers and suggesting the best products for them
  • Keeping track of how well the store is doing with sales goals
  • Selling a wide range of fashion and sports items
  • Staying updated with what’s trending in sportswear and lifestyle products
  • Restocking items on the floor so the store is always ready for customers
  • Looking for ways to make more sales and keep customers coming back

🎓 What You Need To Qualify:

This is an entry-level job, so it’s perfect if you’re just starting out.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • Passion for working with people and helping them
  • Must be goal-driven and eager to hit targets
  • Able to communicate well, both speaking and writing
  • Must be able to handle working in a busy, fast-paced place
  • Able to work alone when needed, and also as part of a team
  • Must pay close attention to small details
  • Must be a good problem solver and negotiator
  • Able to manage time well and organize tasks effectively
