What You’ll Be Doing (Your Role & Responsibilities)
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you will be:
✔️ A Brand Ambassador – Your job is to create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers. We want them to walk out with the best products and a smile!
✔️ Helping Customers Find the Perfect Fit – Whether it’s sports gear or the latest fashion trends, you’ll be guiding customers to find what they need.
✔️ Boosting Sales & Hitting Targets – You’ll actively promote products, recommend solutions, and look for new ways to increase sales.
✔️ Staying on Top of the Latest Trends – Love fashion and fitness? You’ll get to work with the latest styles, helping customers look and feel their best.
✔️ Keeping the Store Ready – From restocking shelves to making sure everything looks great, your work will help create the best shopping experience.
What You Need to Apply (Qualifications & Experience)
✅ Grade 12 (Matric) qualification – A must-have!
✅ A passion for people and sales – If you love talking to people and making sales, this job is for you.
✅ Great communication skills – You should be able to chat with customers, explain products, and close deals.
✅ The ability to multitask – Retail is fast-paced, so you need to keep up!
✅ A proactive attitude – We love team players who take initiative and get things done.
