As a YES Sales Associate at Totalsports, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s all about passion, performance, and motivation. Your job is to help customers, drive sales, and ensure an awesome shopping experience for all sports lovers!
Here’s what your day will look like:
✔️ Helping customers find the perfect sports gear and apparel.
✔️ Providing expert advice on different products.
✔️ Keeping the store organized and well-stocked.
✔️ Working as a team to meet sales goals.
✔️ Learning valuable sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, meaning you’ll gain experience, develop your skills, and boost your career prospects!
To qualify for this YES Internship, you must:
✅ Be between 18 and 28 years old.
✅ Have at least Grade 10 (Matric preferred).
✅ Be available for a full-time, 12-month contract.
✅ Not have been permanently employed for more than 1 year.
✅ Not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2025 – March 2026).
✅ Not have been part of the YES programme before.
✅ Be able to cover your own accommodation and transport costs, if necessary.
💡 Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups, as per the Employment Equity Act.
