Location: Nationwide (Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores)
Work Schedule: Shift-based

We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as Shop Assistants. You’ll be expected to deliver AWWWESOME customer service, support the store’s daily operations, and ensure the shop always looks exciting and inviting for customers.

⭐ What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Here’s how you’ll help spread joy in every shift:

✅ Delivering WOW-level customer service on the sales floor and by phone
✅ Helping customers find what they need and advising on the best products
✅ Ensuring all items are priced and displayed correctly
✅ Promoting and executing in-store promotions and deals
✅ Keeping the store clean, neat, and fun to shop in
✅ Merchandising and organizing shelves according to store layouts
✅ Upselling with add-on products and services
✅ Minimizing stock losses and expenses in your area
✅ Taking part in stock takes and inventory management
✅ Reporting fast and slow sellers to the store manager
✅ Safeguarding company assets

To be considered, make sure you meet these minimum requirements:

✅ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✅ At least 6 months of retail experience
✅ Must have your own transport or reliable commuting options (shifts may vary)
