🚚 What Will You Do?

If you’ve ever been the go-to person for keeping things organized, on time, and where they belong — this is for you. Here’s what your day could look like:

1. Parcel Control

Receive business parcels daily.
Record and distribute them to the right departments — fast and accurately.
Handle delivery coordination between 1 Mostert Street and 75 on Plein.

2. Waste & Recycling

Manage placement and pickup of confidential bins.
Ensure both buildings are tidy and waste is handled efficiently.

3. Security & Safety

Make sure all suppliers, contractors, and couriers sign in.
Check that all contractors complete the right safety paperwork.
Control access at the receiving area to keep it secure.

4. Administration Support

Make sure photocopiers are stocked with paper in both buildings.
Help the facilities department with ad hoc tasks.

5. General Duties

Collect and help process charity donations with HR.
Record monthly water readings.
Keep the receiving area clean, neat, and functional.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate (Grade 12) – that’s it!
1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar receiving or dispatch role.
Solid knowledge of courier company processes.
Computer literate: Excel and Word a must.
