Day-to-Day Store Operations: Help the manager with everyday tasks to keep the store running efficiently.
Maintaining Standards: Ensure the store looks great and meets visual and housekeeping standards.
Staff Management: Make sure all staff follow store policies and procedures.
Inventory Checks: Conduct regular hanger counts and spot checks at the service desk and fitting room.
Performance Feedback: Provide feedback to your manager about best and worst sellers.
Training and Recruitment: Assist with training new staff, managing performance, recruitment, and handling any internal issues.
Promotions: Drive sales promotions in the store.
Customer Service: Ensure customers have a great experience and manage queues effectively.
Account Management: Oversee the opening of new customer accounts.
Admin Duties: Handle administrative tasks, including admin checks and audit follow-ups.
