Position 1: Forklift Operator

Location: Twizza Manufacturing Facilities

Job Description:

As a Forklift Operator at Twizza, your primary responsibility is to ensure safe stacking and loading within the facility. You will be required to load items as instructed by your superior and assist with order picking when needed. Additionally, you will perform various AD-HOC tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Packing: Properly pack items for storage or transport.
Picking: Assist with selecting items for orders.
Loading: Safely load items onto vehicles or storage units.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory.

Licensing: A valid Forklift Driving License is required.

Position 2: Truck Driver

Location: Twizza Manufacturing Facilities

Job Description:

As a Truck Driver at Twizza, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries reach customers On Day, In Full, and On Time (ODIFOT). You will also be responsible for managing company assets, including trucks and trailers, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Maintenance: Drive and maintain the delivery vehicle and trailer, monitoring fuel consumption.
Load Management: Perform daily load plans to ensure on-time, full deliveries.
Stock Responsibility: Assume responsibility for all stock on the truck and ensure all required documentation is available.
Client Interaction: Adhere to client receiving procedures and ensure customer service meets high standards.
Returns Management: Follow company returns procedures, collect pallets and boards, and accurately capture them on return sheets.
POD Management: Ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are signed by the receiver or captured electronically.
Incident Reporting: Report all incidents and accidents to your superior.
Team Management: Manage driver assistants to ensure loads are loaded and offloaded according to the route plan and company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory.

Licensing: A valid Code 14 Driver’s License with G&P on PRDP is required.

Experience: Heavy-duty driving experience is essential.

Skills: Ability to negotiate and build customer relationships for replenishment ordering would be advantageous.
