Introduction
We’re seeking a professional and efficient Receptionist to provide top-notch administrative and secretarial support to our office manager. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for organization and discretion, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
Booking and preparing meeting rooms with functional equipment.
Keeping files organized and easily accessible.
Typing documents as needed.
Arranging social events and shopping for kitchen supplies.
Sharing knowledge and best practices with other departments.
Managing expense claims and parking-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (non-negotiable).
