About the Role

The Rider/Office Assistant position is based at a branch level and focuses on supporting daily operations. You will help keep the office clean, organized, and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage different tasks at once and still maintain a high level of quality in their work.

You may also assist with deliveries or errands if you have a motorbike license, which can give you an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

As a Rider/Office Assistant, your daily duties will include:

Welcoming clients and directing them to the right staff member
Coordinating messenger and courier services
Cleaning floors by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Dusting and polishing furniture and surfaces
Emptying trash and managing recycling
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
Refilling bathroom supplies when needed
Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
Keeping common areas neat and presentable
Maintaining outdoor spaces around the office
Following all health and safety guidelines
Reporting any repair or maintenance issues to management
Completing any additional tasks assigned by supervisors

This job requires someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and organized.

Minimum Requirements

To apply for this job, you should meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 certificate or GCE
Previous experience as a cleaner is preferred
Basic knowledge of cleaning products and methods
Good communication skills
Ability to work alone and also as part of a team
Physical strength to lift and move heavy items

If you have a motorbike license and at least one year of riding experience, it will be a strong advantage, especially for tasks that involve deliveries.
