What the Programme Offers

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this programme, applicants must meet one of the following educational requirements:

1. Matric Certificate with:
   • Mathematics (NOT Mathematical Literacy) – Minimum 40%
   • Physical Science – Minimum 40%
   • English – Minimum 40%

OR

2. N2 Certificate or higher with the relevant subjects for each discipline:
   • Boilermaker Plater:
     • Plating & Structural Steelwork/Welders Theory
     • Plating Structural & Steelwork Drawings
   • Electrical:
     • Electrical Trade Theory / Electrotechnology / Electrotechnics
     • Industrial Electronics or Engineering Drawings

OR

3. NCV Level 4 Certificate in a relevant trade, with all subjects passed at a minimum of 40%.
