VANS Store Supervisor

What You’ll Do as a VANS Store Supervisor

You will be the main helper for store management, making sure sales targets and goals (KPIs) are met. Your job includes:

  • Leading your team by example every day.
  • Driving sales and making sure customers have a great experience.
  • Keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Building a high-energy and connected store culture.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador who loves youth culture and VANS values.

Who Should Apply?

If you enjoy fast-paced retail work and have a passion for fashion, youth culture, and sports, you will fit right in. The perfect candidate has:

  • Finished Grade 12 or has an equivalent qualification.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in retail supervision or as a keyholder.
  • 2 to 3 years of retail experience in total.
  • A strong understanding of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Sports knowledge, which is a bonus.
