What You’ll Do as a VANS Store Supervisor

You will be the main helper for store management, making sure sales targets and goals (KPIs) are met. Your job includes:

Leading your team by example every day.
Driving sales and making sure customers have a great experience.
Keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently.

Acting as a brand ambassador who loves youth culture and VANS values.

Who Should Apply?

Finished Grade 12 or has an equivalent qualification.
1 to 2 years of experience in retail supervision or as a keyholder.
2 to 3 years of retail experience in total.
A strong understanding of sales targets and KPIs.
Sports knowledge, which is a bonus.
