Vodacom, in partnership with leaders in the e-waste industry, is offering a 1-year learnership programme focused on electronic waste (e-waste) management.

Youโ€™ll receive hands-on training, mentorship from experts, and a monthly stipend while gaining skills that are in high demand. ๐ŸŒ


๐Ÿง  What Youโ€™ll Learn

This programme will teach you everything you need to know about managing electronic waste safely and sustainably.

๐Ÿ’ผ Requirements to Apply

To qualify, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • ๐Ÿ“ Age: 18โ€“35 years old
  • ๐Ÿ“š Education: Matric certificate (with Maths or Maths Literacy and Science)
  • ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐ŸŽ“ From a disadvantaged background (Quintile 1โ€“3 schools)
  • ๐Ÿ” Employment status: Must be unemployed and not in school or another learnership
  • ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID
  • ๐Ÿ  Live in Gauteng (proof of residence is required)
  • ๐Ÿ’ป Basic computer literacy
  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Good communication skills
  • ๐Ÿ’ช Eager to learn, self-motivated, and a good team player
