What You Will Be Doing in This Role

Warehouse & Inventory Control

Your daily work will involve handling stock carefully and making sure everything is recorded correctly in the system.

Key tasks include:

• Picking, packing, and issuing stock accurately
• Helping with cycle counts to match physical stock with system records
• Processing stock returns and transfers on time
• Managing AppleCare-related stock movements
• Following safety rules and warehouse procedures at all times

AppleCare Administration Support

This role also involves working with AppleCare processes and documentation.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing credit notes and returns to vendor (RTV)

Import and Export Warehouse Duties

You will also assist with stock coming in and going out of the warehouse.

• Uploading required documentation into systems like GSX
