Requirements:
✅ Matric / Grade 12 is required.
✅ 2–3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
✅ Good knowledge of NCA, CPA, POPI, and ICASA rules – or at least a willingness to learn.
✅ Know your way around online shopping.
✅ Great English communication skills – you’ll need to speak and write clearly.
