What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

As the Warehouse and Sales Supervisor, your role will focus on keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and efficient while also supporting the sales side of the business.

Here are your main duties:

Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
Supervise stock control, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Reduce errors, losses, and damages during handling and storage
Run regular stock counts and checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Plan delivery routes and schedules for on-time and cost-effective logistics
Keep all warehouse data up to date on the company’s computer system
Make sure all warehouse equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure are maintained properly
Lead and motivate a small team to work professionally and serve customers well

You’ll be the go-to person who ensures that everything flows smoothly between the warehouse and the sales side of the business.

What You Need to Qualify

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be confident, organized, and good at managing people and processes.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Matric / Grade 12 is required
A post-matric qualification is a bonus
At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory work
Own, reliable transport is a must
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make smart decisions
Great communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and stick to deadlines
Knowledge of warehouse health and safety rules
Comfortable using computers (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Willing to work overtime or extra shifts if needed
