What You’ll Be Doing Every Day

As the Warehouse and Sales Supervisor, your role will focus on keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and efficient while also supporting the sales side of the business.

Here are your main duties:

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized
• Supervise stock control, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Reduce errors, losses, and damages during handling and storage
• Run regular stock counts and checks to maintain inventory accuracy
• Plan delivery routes and schedules for on-time and cost-effective logistics
• Keep all warehouse data up to date on the company’s computer system
• Make sure all warehouse equipment, vehicles, and infrastructure are maintained properly
• Lead and motivate a small team to work professionally and serve customers well

What You Need to Qualify

• Matric / Grade 12 is required
• A post-matric qualification is a bonus
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory work
• Own, reliable transport is a must

• Ability to work well under pressure and stick to deadlines
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety rules
• Comfortable using computers (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
