What You’ll Do as a Tutor

As a tutor at Westcol, your main job will be to support students in their studies. You will:

• Help learners with assignments, projects, tests, and research tasks.
• Explain difficult concepts in simple ways.
• Work with lecturers to ensure students get the best academic help.
• Keep records, attendance registers, and tutoring files up to date.
• Monitor student progress and step in when extra support is needed.
• Give constructive feedback to both students and lecturers.
• Maintain the confidentiality of student information.
