What You’ll Be Doing Daily

In this role, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be moving around, using equipment like forklifts, handling deliveries, organizing items, and making sure everything in the warehouse runs smoothly. Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Safely offloading and rotating stock using a forklift.
  • Transporting goods to and from the warehouse.
  • Receiving stock and checking it in accurately.
  • Picking and packing stock and non-stock goods.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and tidy.

You’ll play a vital part in making sure essential medical goods are stored correctly and moved quickly — which helps the entire healthcare system run better.

What You Need to Apply

This position is perfect for someone who has a bit of experience in warehouse work and wants a stable, long-term role in a team that truly matters.

Here are the must-haves:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A valid Code B driver’s license with PrDP.
  • A Forklift Operator’s Licence.
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience in warehousing or logistics.

What Will Help You Stand Out

We’re not just looking for someone who can move boxes. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, teamwork, and a positive attitude to the workplace. You’ll shine in this role if you have:

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A friendly, motivated personality.
  • A real team-player mindset — someone who’s always ready to help.

Also, as part of the hiring process, you may be asked to take a psychometric assessment, just to make sure you’re the right fit.
