What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service while ensuring the food department remains clean, fully stocked, and well-organised.

Your daily duties may include the following.

Welcome and Assist Customers

One of your most important responsibilities will be providing friendly and professional customer service.

Your duties will include:

  • Greeting customers with a welcoming attitude
  • Helping shoppers find products

Replenish and Manage Stock

Keeping shelves fully stocked is another key part of the role.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Refilling shelves

  • Checking product quality

Maintain Hygiene and Food Safety Standards
