📝 What Will You Do? (Key Responsibilities)
As a Receptionist & Administrator, your main role will be to support the General Manager and ensure smooth operations at the retirement village. Your duties will include:
✔️ Answering and directing phone calls from residents and visitors.
✔️ Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable.
✔️ Handling emails and correspondence, including application requests and interview scheduling.
✔️ Typing and filing general documents.
✔️ Organizing entertainment events, church services, and chapel bookings.
✔️ Managing ticket sales and payments for events.
✔️ Taking meeting minutes and sharing them with residents and staff.
✔️ Handling any additional administrative tasks to support the team.
✅ Who Can Apply? (Requirements)
To qualify for this job, you need:
✔️ Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
✔️ Computer Skills: Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
✔️ Typing speed: At least 40 words per minute (WPM)
✔️ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Excellent communication skills (friendly and professional)
