What You’ll Be Doing:

This job is all about connecting with people and delivering a top-tier shopping experience. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Being a brand ambassador – giving every customer a positive experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Helping customers find what they love – giving advice, style tips, and product info to help them choose the best.
  • Hitting sales goals – tracking how the store is doing and pushing to exceed targets.
  • Selling a wide range of trendy products – keeping up with street fashion and décor trends to impress and influence.
  • Replenishing stock – making sure the store is always fully loaded and looking good.
  • Looking for new sales opportunities – actively spotting chances to upsell or cross-sell.

What You’ll Need:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate – this is non-negotiable.
