Your main goal is simple: talk to people, help them understand what LegalWise offers, and encourage them to join. Here’s what a typical day could look like:

Making and receiving calls in a professional and friendly tone
Reaching out to potential clients with legal protection products
Explaining LegalWise products clearly and confidently
Hitting your sales targets and pushing beyond them
Solving customer questions or problems quickly and kindly
Keeping track of all your calls and interactions using the company system

Who Can Apply?

📌 Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate – essential
Call centre or telesales experience – essential
Must speak English and Afrikaans, plus at least one African language
Clear, confident communication skills
Must be self-motivated and organised
A passion for customer service and helping others
