You’ll be placed in Home Loans Sales & Service Enablement, learning customer service, tech-driven support, and financial solutions — all while working directly with Absa’s customer support teams.

During the 12-month journey, you’ll:

Gain hands-on experience in home loan support

✅ Who Should Apply?

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

South African citizen or permanent resident
Aged between 18–30 years
Completed degree or NQF Level 7 qualification
Not employed, not studying, and not currently on another internship or learnership
Proficient in English and computer literate
Be a team player, eager to learn, and have strong customer service skills
