To qualify for this role, you must have:
✅ A Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
✅ Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
✅ Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional way.
✅ Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use banking systems.
✅ A strong sense of responsibility and honesty when handling money.
Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
