About the Role

As a Service Centre Consultant, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience. Your main responsibility will be to provide efficient, professional, and friendly service to customers by handling their queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

As part of ABSA’s customer support team, your daily duties will include:

Operations Management

  • Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handling inbound calls and written queries promptly and professionally.
  • Identifying areas where the customer experience can be improved.
  • Analyzing customer feedback to find and solve service problems.
  • Recommending innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Working with other teams to create better customer service strategies.
  • Recording and reporting on activities to keep management informed.
  • Helping to implement new systems and processes that make banking easier for customers.
  • Encouraging digital banking adoption to give customers more convenient service options.
  • Organizing tasks to meet daily workload and performance targets.

Maintaining Client Experience

  • Putting the customer first in every interaction.

  • Tracking and analyzing trends to improve service delivery.

Financial Accountability

Requirements to Apply

Minimum Education:
