What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant at Ackermans, your daily tasks will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, offer product recommendations, and share information about our latest deals.
  • Sales: Meet sales targets by helping customers find what they need and closing sales transactions efficiently.
  • Order Management: Work with the call center to place orders and ensure they’re processed accurately.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with store managers and customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Report Writing: Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer complaints and queries, ensuring swift resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to the needs of the business by balancing personal goals with company objectives.

What You Need to Apply

To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • Matric Certificate: A valid National Senior Certificate or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least 6 months of sales experience is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Location: You must live within 15 km of the store.
  • Smartphone: A personal smartphone with at least 10GB of storage is necessary for daily tasks.
  • Clear Record: A clean criminal record is a must.
