Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Assistant, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service, support store operations, and maintain the adidas brand standard at all times. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Welcome customers and help them find the perfect product
• Offer expert advice and use selling techniques to boost sales (like upselling and product pairing)
• Help with sales transactions using the point-of-sale system (cash, card, etc.)
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
• Assist in unpacking and ticketing new stock deliveries
• Replenish stock from the stockroom to the shop floor when needed
• Build eye-catching displays based on store guidelines
• Be part of the team that ensures a smooth and stylish shopping experience
• Keep company assets safe and secure
• Occasionally serve as a Greeter during high-traffic hours to manage store flow
