What Will You Be Doing?

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you’ll become a brand ambassador, representing a store that inspires fitness, health, and performance. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Deliver an amazing in-store experience by helping customers find the right products
Go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations through personalized service
Keep track of your sales performance and goals, and strive to beat them
Stay on top of the latest sportswear, fitness, and fashion trends
Help keep the store looking its best by restocking and organizing merchandise
Look for new opportunities to increase sales and upsell where possible
Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

What You Need to Apply

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12 / Matric Certificate

Skills We’re Looking For:

A genuine passion for people and customer service
Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
A target-driven mindset – you should love smashing goals
The ability to multi-task in a busy store
Work well independently and in a team
Attention to detail – every little thing matters
Ability to solve problems and turn challenges into opportunities
Experience in negotiation and selling
A desire to build long-term customer relationships
