📝 Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting teachers with day-to-day classroom duties
Helping children prepare holistically for school and the next academic level
Assisting in school readiness and development through play
Participating in all school events throughout the year
Keeping continuous assessments and assisting in parent reports and interviews
Following a structured daily learning program
Encouraging teamwork and promoting the school’s ethos and values

✅ What You Need to Qualify:

A Matric certificate is the minimum requirement
Experience working with young children in a school or early education setting
A warm, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and follow daily routines
Self-motivated with high energy and initiative
A natural affinity for children and play-based learning
