What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at American Swiss, you’ll be the heart of the store. Every customer who walks in will rely on you for guidance, confidence, and great service. Your responsibilities will include:

Being a proud brand ambassador and delivering a world-class shopping experience.
Exceeding customer expectations by understanding their needs and offering perfect solutions.
Reaching and tracking your sales targets with confidence and enthusiasm.
Selling a variety of products, from timeless jewellery to trendy fashion pieces.
Staying up to date with the latest style, décor, and fashion trends.
Finding creative ways to attract new customers and make more sales.
Replenishing stock and ensuring the store looks stunning and ready for business every day.

What You’ll Need

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
A natural passion for people — friendliness is key in this job.
To be target-driven and focused on giving customers a great experience.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
The ability to multi-task in a busy retail setting.
A self-starter attitude — someone who takes initiative and works well without supervision.
Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
