What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at American Swiss, you’ll be the heart of the store. Every customer who walks in will rely on you for guidance, confidence, and great service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Exceeding customer expectations by understanding their needs and offering perfect solutions.

What You’ll Need

To qualify for this role, you’ll need:

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.

• To be target-driven and focused on giving customers a great experience.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• The ability to multi-task in a busy retail setting.
• A self-starter attitude — someone who takes initiative and works well without supervision.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
