What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing the brand and ensuring every customer enjoys an amazing shopping experience.
  • Exceeding customer expectations by providing the best possible solutions for their needs.
  • Meeting and tracking your sales performance against store targets.
  • Selling a wide variety of sports and lifestyle products.
  • Staying updated with the latest fashion, sports, and fitness trends.
  • Replenishing stock and keeping the store neat, clean, and customer-ready at all times.

What You Need to Apply

To apply, you’ll need:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.

Previous retail experience, especially in sports or fashion, will be an advantage, but it’s not required. Totalsports values enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn more than anything else.
