What You Will Do in This Role

As a Sales Associate, your main goal is to deliver an excellent shopping experience while helping the store meet its sales targets. Here are your key responsibilities:

Be a Brand Ambassador

  • Welcome customers warmly and create a positive shopping experience
  • Showcase the jewellery range and explain products clearly
  • Answer customer questions and provide helpful guidance
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and care

Deliver Outstanding Customer Service

  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Help customers choose jewellery that fits their style and preferences
  • Build trust and strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure every customer leaves the store satisfied and happy

Support Sales and Store Performance

  • Track your sales performance and work towards personal and store targets

Maintain a Professional Store Environment

  • Organise the sales floor and displays to look inviting and neat
