Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

Age: Between 18 and 28 years old.
Education: Grade 12 (Matric) preferred, but Grade 10 is the minimum requirement.
Availability: Must be able to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Work History: Must not have worked permanently for one employer for more than a year.
Studies: Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2025 – March 2026).
Previous YES Participation: Must not have taken part in the YES programme before.
Transport & Accommodation: Must arrange your own transport and accommodation if required.

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
