Position Overview:

As a Store-in-Store Sales Consultant, you’ll represent the Apple brand, providing live demonstrations of the latest Apple products and services. Your proactive customer engagement will not only drive sales but also create unforgettable experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Showcase: Display and demonstrate the latest Apple technology and services.

Customer Engagement: Actively connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth store operations.

Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Sales Targets: Strive to exceed store targets and contribute to efficient retail operations.

You Might Also Like:

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma (Matric) is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably in electronics. Managerial experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is advantageous.
  • Mindset: A solution-oriented approach, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer Service: A history of delivering outstanding customer experiences and exceeding store targets.
  • Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, stock management, and customer service practices.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
