Key Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, your daily tasks will include:
Sales and Performance
- Boost Sales: Promote and drive sales to achieve and exceed store targets.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses to ensure profitability aligns with business goals.
Stock and Resource Management
- Stock Control: Manage inventory efficiently to maintain the stock loss benchmark.
- Resource Utilization: Use store resources effectively to enhance productivity and meet store objectives.
Leadership and Training
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the team, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained.
- Policy Implementation: Act as the custodian of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and high standards.
- Staff Development: Assume accountability for training and developing store staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Customer Service
- Customer Experience: Ensure all customer interactions deliver an above-average level of service, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Store Maintenance

Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12: A matric certificate is required, with Mathematics being advantageous.
Experience

Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are essential.
