📋 Job Description

As a Grants Administrator at SASSA, your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer Care: Providing excellent customer service to all grant applicants.
• Screening Applications: Carefully screening all social grant applications.
• Processing Applications: Efficiently processing social grant applications.
• Quality Control: Conducting quality checks on grant applications.
• Medical and Beneficiary Maintenance: Assisting with medical processes and beneficiary maintenance.
• Payment Processes: Helping with the processing of grant payments.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

🎓 Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this position, you need:

• Education: A Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
• Skills: Computer literacy is essential.
• Experience: Administrative or clerical experience is an added advantage.
• License: A valid driver’s license is a plus.
