📌 Key Responsibilities

As an ARC Farm Assistant, your daily tasks will include:

✅ General Farm Work

• Assisting with various farm practices as directed by supervisors.
• Performing manual labor tasks such as planting, watering, and harvesting.
• Maintaining orchards, fields, and greenhouses.

✅ Equipment & Tool Handling

• Using and maintaining farming tools and machinery safely.
• Following proper maintenance procedures to keep equipment in good condition.

✅ Health & Safety Compliance

• Wearing protective clothing and following safety guidelines.
• Understanding and following Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

✅ Other Tasks

• Assisting in farm construction projects (carpentry, plumbing, building).
• Helping researchers with farm-related experiments.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

📜 Education:

• Grade 10 certificate (Matric not required).

💼 Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in fruit farming or a related field.
• Knowledge of basic farming techniques.
• Ability to manually operate farm equipment and machinery.

🛠 Additional Skills (Bonus but Not Required):

• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, or building.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
