Responsibilities You’ll Tackle:
Stock Management:
- Ensure that stock is accurately received, unpacked, and displayed to replenish the sales floor efficiently.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to mitigate risks such as stock loss and ensure sufficient inventory.
- Maintain the stockroom’s organization and cleanliness, meeting housekeeping standards.
- Authorize write-offs, breakages, recalls, and returns to keep inventory in check.
Sales Growth & Profitability:
- Analyze sales and profitability reports to collaborate with the management team on operational action plans aimed at boosting sales and controlling store expenditure.
- Stay updated on product performance to provide valuable feedback to the support center and improve sales strategies.
- Identify and propose new opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
Risk Management:
- Conduct regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, minimizing risks.

Qualifications You’ll Need:

- Proficiency in budgeting and MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the retail trade, brand management, customer engagement, and product handling.
