🎯 Purpose of the Job

To assist with the daily loading and offloading of bread on-site — making sure that South Africans get their favourite Blue Ribbon bread on time!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Load bread accurately according to the picking slip.
• ✅ Follow the pipeline loading sequence.
• ✅ Balance tray counts inside trucks.
• ✅ Attend daily Invocom (information & communication meetings).
• ✅ Load only quality-checked bread.
• ✅ Rotate stock using the FIFO method (First-In-First-Out).
• ✅ Report any loading issues to management.
• ✅ Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• Strong attention to detail
• Good with numbers and tray counting
• Reliable team player
• Fast, accurate, and able to work under pressure
• Good communication (written & verbal)
• Knows the importance of time and results
• Can follow rules, systems, and procedures
• Physically fit and respectful toward others

📚 Minimum Requirements

• 📘 Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
• 💼 At least 3 months of experience in a similar position (preferably in FMCG)

⏰ Working Conditions

• Work until last truck is fully loaded — no early knock-off!
• Expect to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
• Must be able to work on a rotating shift basis
