🎯 Purpose of the Job

To assist with the daily loading and offloading of bread on-site — making sure that South Africans get their favourite Blue Ribbon bread on time!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

✅ Load bread accurately according to the picking slip.
✅ Follow the pipeline loading sequence.
✅ Balance tray counts inside trucks.
✅ Attend daily Invocom (information & communication meetings).
✅ Load only quality-checked bread.
✅ Rotate stock using the FIFO method (First-In-First-Out).
✅ Report any loading issues to management.
✅ Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

🧠 Skills & Competencies Needed

Strong attention to detail
Good with numbers and tray counting
Reliable team player
Fast, accurate, and able to work under pressure
Good communication (written & verbal)
Knows the importance of time and results
Can follow rules, systems, and procedures
Physically fit and respectful toward others

📚 Minimum Requirements

📘 Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
💼 At least 3 months of experience in a similar position (preferably in FMCG)

⏰ Working Conditions

Work until last truck is fully loaded — no early knock-off!
Expect to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
Must be able to work on a rotating shift basis
