Job Purpose:
To make sure bread and crates are properly checked and offloaded on site every day, ensuring smooth stock rotation and minimal waste.
Responsibilities:
- Offload bread and trays as per official paperwork
- Follow the pipeline offloading sequence
- Attend daily Invocoms (team briefings)
- Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) for stock rotation
- Report to Offloading Supervisor
- Always follow company SOPs and safety rules
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with basic math skills
Experience:
- 1–2 years in the bakery/FMCG industry preferred
Skills & Attributes:
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Team player with accountability and urgency
- Respectful and reliable
- Understands in-house systems and processes
Position 2: Loader (Ref No: PRE250416-2)
Location: Site 359 – BRB, South Africa

Job Purpose:
To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread with accuracy and care, ensuring delivery trucks are correctly packed and stock is rotated.
Responsibilities:
- Load bread using picking slips
- Follow pipeline loading sequence
- Keep tray counts balanced per truck
- Load only quality bread
- Use FIFO method to rotate stock
- Attend daily team Invocoms
- Follow company rules and procedures
- Report loading issues to management
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum 3 months in a similar FMCG environment
Skills & Attributes:
- Must be able to work until the last truck is done
- Available for weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Great attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration
- Respectful, punctual, and safety-conscious
