What You Will Be Doing as a Boxer Sales Assistant

Your main job will be to help customers find what they need and make sure they have a great shopping experience. Here are some of the daily tasks you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a smile and assist them on the sales floor
• Suggest products and talk about any deals or special offers
• Help customers with questions and guide them to the right products
• Process purchases at the till and make sure everything runs smoothly
• Keep the shelves full and tidy
• Follow up with store managers and staff to make sure orders are placed
• Visit different stores to promote and sell Boxer’s products
• Build strong relationships with managers and customers in-store
• Report on how things are going, including challenges and successes
• Solve customer complaints or questions in a helpful way
• Make sure all paperwork is done correctly and on time
• Keep up with changes and stay organized even when it’s busy

What You’ll Need To Apply

To be considered for this job, make sure you meet the following requirements:

• You must have a Matric (Grade 12 certificate)
• You must have some sales experience (even 6 months is good)
• You need to be fluent in English
• You should live within 15km of the job location
• You must have a clean criminal record

• Good computer skills (especially with Microsoft Office)
• Experience in marketing and customer service
• Ability to talk to people and work well in a team
• Fast learner who can adapt to new tasks
