Your Daily Responsibilities

Returns Management

Receiving Support

• Handle damaged goods that arrive at the warehouse
• Start supplier claims immediately when needed

• Share documents with drivers and warehouse staff

Write-Off Management

• Track and manage all damaged stock
• Remove damaged items from the system
• Place stock on hold when needed
• Process write-offs and arrange collection with suppliers

Staff Supervision

• Lead the team working in the returns area
• Make sure staff follow correct procedures
• Approve write-offs when required
• Train new workers and support current staff

Minimum Requirements
