πŸ“‹ About the Role

This role is responsible for providing efficient, effective, and comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the General Manager of Supply and Operations and their direct reports.

🎯 Job Accountabilities

Health, Safety, and Environment: Lead key agenda items and act as the trained and compliant Health, Safety, and Environment and Fire Marshall for the Midstream floor.

Secretarial and Administrative Support: Provide support to the Head Commercial Optimisation and direct reports.

Diary Management: Coordinate internal meetings, travel, and ad hoc arrangements.

Communication: Manage and follow up on actions, emails, and correspondence.

Travel Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for external guests and third parties.

Call Management: Answer and screen calls, take messages, and ensure accurate message delivery.

Expense Management: Capture and process monthly expenses via the Concur System.

Office Stationery: Control and coordinate the purchase and issue of office supplies.

Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating external meetings and office events.

  • Required: Matric, Secretarial or Supply Chain diploma, or equivalent.

πŸ“ˆ Experience

  • Essential: 3-5 years in an Executive Support Role, supporting Senior Leaders/Executives.
