What You’ll Do

As a Salesperson, your primary goal will be to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Here’s what your daily responsibilities will include:

• Driving Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell products, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets.
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Merchandising: Help attract and retain customers by keeping the store well-merchandised and appealing.

• Customer Service: Deliver a customer-centric experience, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of Grade 12.

Experience:

• 7 to 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Skills and Competencies:

• Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team.
• Self-Motivation: A strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Customer Service: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative: Ability to take action and make decisions independently.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all aspects of the job.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive understanding of products across various categories.
