Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will develop and maintain relationships with customers, identify their needs, and recommend products that best suit those needs. This individual will work towards achieving sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Duties
- Generate Sales: Perform sales activities to generate income and maximize profit from sales and services.
- Achieve Targets: Meet sales budget/targets and income goals.
- Customer Retention: Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
- Cash and Credit Processes: Handle cash and credit processes and administration in line with company policy.
- Customer Service: Deal with customers in a customer-centric manner.
- Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team and manage self-performance.
- Branch Manager Support: Stand in for the Branch Manager when they are not available.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12
- Experience: 7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
