They are hiring Call Centre Agents to help their customers have a smooth, fun, and stress-free experience using their online gaming and betting services.

This is a great opportunity if you’re looking to work in a fast-paced environment, especially if you already have some experience in customer service, online chats, or iGaming (casino-related support). But even if you don’t, training will be provided!

What Will You Do As a Call Centre Agent?

At PlayTSOGO, you’ll be the go-to person for helping customers online. Here’s what your day might look like:

  • Chat with customers using Live Chat or Email to solve problems and answer questions
  • Guide users step-by-step through the PlayTSOGO website, helping them use features and services
  • Help new customers understand how to sign up and explain promotions using prepared scripts
  • Work with other departments like Marketing and Finance to make sure problems get sorted quickly
  • Report technical issues or serious problems to the right teams
  • Jump between different computer systems and websites with ease
  • Always hit your targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Handle both incoming and outgoing calls (you’ll be multi-skilled!)
  • Make sure customers feel heard, understood, and well taken care of
  • Build strong product knowledge so you can confidently help customers
  • Stay adaptable and polite, even with different personalities or tricky situations

Who Can Apply?

This job is open to anyone with:

  • A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate or something equivalent
  • Experience working in Customer Service, especially in a Casino or Online Gaming environment (this is a bonus but not required)
