📝 What Will You Do?

As a Data Capturer, you will be providing essential administrative and data support for the Asset & Fleet section of CapeNature’s Finance Directorate. You will assist with:

Updating vehicle lists and performing condition assessments
Allocating vehicles and updating tracking lists
Capturing odometer readings and helping with invoice reconciliations
Verifying assets and helping track missing documents
Capturing and following up on reports of losses
Providing admin assistance to the Transport Officer
Monitoring and submitting required reports and documentation

In short, you’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — a critical part of the team!

✅ Minimum Requirements

No degree? No problem! Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

Grade 12 / Matric certificate
Positive mindset and flexible attitude
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email, etc.)
Good communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, adapt and travel when required
Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
Must be able to speak at least two Western Cape official languages
Able to work independently and in a team
