📝 What Will You Do?

As a Data Capturer, you will be providing essential administrative and data support for the Asset & Fleet section of CapeNature’s Finance Directorate. You will assist with:

• Updating vehicle lists and performing condition assessments
• Allocating vehicles and updating tracking lists
• Capturing odometer readings and helping with invoice reconciliations
• Verifying assets and helping track missing documents
• Capturing and following up on reports of losses
• Providing admin assistance to the Transport Officer
• Monitoring and submitting required reports and documentation

In short, you’ll be the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes — a critical part of the team!

✅ Minimum Requirements

No degree? No problem! Here’s what you’ll need to apply:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Positive mindset and flexible attitude

• Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
