Purpose Statement

Experience
Minimum:
- 3 to 6 months of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- Candidates with a relevant tertiary qualification may be considered even without experience.
Ideal:
- More than 1 year of client service experience in a retail, financial, or banking environment.
- A proven track record in sales and client-facing roles.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Preferred:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field.
- Certification in Finance or Banking.
