🛍 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Associate at Cash Crusaders, your job is more than just selling products. You’ll be the face of the store, making sure customers leave happy and want to come back again. Your role will include:

✅ Sales & Service

Welcome every customer warmly as they enter the store.
Use the 6 elements of selling to help customers find what they need.
Offer product knowledge confidently and keep up with the latest trends.
Test products and explain how they work.
Make sure every customer receives excellent service from start to finish.
Drive daily sales to help the store meet its goals.

✅ Retail Floor Duties

Keep the store clean, organized, and looking great.
Arrange products neatly and follow Cash Crusaders’ merchandising standards.
Manage stock properly and report anything that’s missing or broken.
Help prevent loss through good security and smart thinking.
Stay alert for shrinkage (items that go missing or are stolen).

✅ Customer Service

Make sure every shopper has an awesome experience.
Always go the extra mile to help people — exceed their expectations!
Use your friendly attitude to grow the store’s customer base.
Prepare for mystery shopper visits (and ace them!).
Promote Retail Excellence by showing pride in your work and the store.
